Terms and Conditions Regarding Warranty (One Year Warranty)
• The customer has a six month hardware warranty for the phone and has to pay spare part charges. Service charge is free.
• Battery(spare) and accessories have three months warranty.
• Customer has one month full hardware warranty (including service charge and spare parts charge)
• Customer shall bear the delivery/postage charges for the above conditions.
• Every customer has a software + hardware warranty (One to One replacement warranty) which will be provided up to one week from the date of delivery of the phone.
• The customer must inform our company about the phone problem in the relevant week and this will not be valid after that week (mentioned above).
• This week will be confirmed through the delivery company.
• After our company clears the transfer of the phone, the customer can get the new phone back free of charge.
Warranty Terms and Conditions (for all Accessories)
• Every customer has a one week One to One replacement warranty from the date of delivery of the item.
• The customer must inform our company about the item problem in the relevant week and this will not be valid after that week (mentioned above).
• This week will be confirmed through the delivery company.
• After our company clears the transfer of the item, the customer can get the new item back free of charge.
Refund
Normally refund is not available. But In some cases ,if you totally dissatisfied with the products, we can consider the issue of refund. But the final decision of issuing the refund is totally based on the management decision.
